At I Own It, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Here is our cancellation policy:
Order Cancellation
We allow cancellation of orders under the following conditions:
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting our customer service team. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- After Shipping: If your order has already shipped, you can still cancel your order by contacting our customer service team. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Please note that the following items are not eligible for cancellation:
- Customized or personalized products: These products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cancellation is not applicable.
